Nico Benn, 24, is charged in the murders of Gerardo Arellano-Sanchez, 33, and Miguel Angel Molina Cruz, 31.
The homicides occurred on June 14, 2019 at an apartment complex on Electra Lane Charlotte, NC.
Shots were fired and three males with gunshot wounds were located outside of the apartment building. Two victims were pronounced deceased on scene. One victim was transported to Atrium Health Carolina’s Medical Center with serious injuries.
On October 3, 2019, Nico was arrested and charged with two counts of murder, assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill inflicting serious injury, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
