Jimar Neely, 28, is accused of shooting and killing two people in Rock Hill, SC on Friday night prior to a shootout with authorities.
The double homicide occurred at 899 Rivercrest Road in Rock Hill; two men were shot and both died.
A black Dodge Charger was seen leaving the scene. York County deputies located the vehicle and tried to make a traffic stop, but the suspect began shooting at deputies.
The suspect ran from the Dodge Charger, but was swiftly arrested. The suspect had a gunshot wound, likely hit by gunfire from deputies.
