25-year-old Yosel Pineda was arrested on January 2, 2021. Yosel is charged with the murder of Alejandro Arreola, 36, that occurred on Farm Pond Lane in Charlotte, NC. Alejandro was killed on December 21, 2020 during a shooting around 10 p.m.
Alejandro was shot and killed during an altercation. After Alejandro was shot he was rushed to the emergency room, but even with hospital care, the victim died receiving medical attention.
Yosel is charged with two counts of assault by pointing a gun, and one count of murder.
