ADVANCED AUTO PARTS EMPLOYEE STEALS $2,700

Fernando Ruiz, 30, (Seen here) was arrested for stealing a substantial amount of cash from his job.

Fernando was an employee at the Advance Auto Parts on 5130 South Blvd.

Looking for a free pay check, on August 16th Fernando deliberately performed an electronic transaction of company money totaled at $2,690.03 that went to his bank account instead of the Advance Auto Parts account.

Fernando was a manager at the business and when his boss noticed the financial irregularities, police were called.

Fernando broke down in tears and admitted to stealing from the business. Fernando was arrested and charged with Larceny by Employee.

It goes without saying that Fernando was fired from his job.
