42-year-old Daszmar Lockhart was arrested on September 17, 2024 accused of having sex with underage girls in Charlotte, NC, he owned Lock Nation Athletics. Daszmar was in the U.S. Army, in 2001 he joined and was stationed overseas in South Korea. His mom Cassandra Lockhart worked at Pizza Hut for years and died in 2016.

Daszmar is accused of sexually assaulting young girls that ran track. Daszmar trained the young girls and would often be alone with them. The girls went to police when they became adults.
On September 5th, 2024 one of the victim’s, made a police report in reference to sex assaults that allegedly occurred between 2018-2020.
The victim advised that she was a member of an AAU track team under Lock Nation Athletics. The victim says she was sexually assaulted several times when she was 14 years old by her track coach, Daszmar.
The victim advised that Lockhart had an in home weight room at the time and she would go to his house for private trainings a few days.
Lockhart is accused of having sex with the teen girl from the front and back. Another adult female victim came forward in 2024 stating that Lockhart sexually assaulted her when she was just 15-years-old.
The second victim advised that she was also apart of Lock Nation Athletics and received training at Lockhart’s residence. The victim described that Lockhart created a fake snapchat to talk to her since her parents often checked her phone.
The victim advised that Lockhart was supposed to take her home after practice one day but stopped by his home on the way.
Prosecutors say Lockhart gave her a massage and while doing so, he put his fingers under her shorts and underwear and touched private areas.
Another adult female victim came forward in 2024 and said Lockhart sexually abused her when she was just 11-years-old. Lockhart was coaching the girl at track practice and instructed her to do an exercise called the fire hydrant which consists of her on her hands and knees, lifting up one of her legs.
The victim did the exercise, she turned around and observed Lockhart allegedly sexually gratifying himself.
Lockhart was arrested charged with statuary rape of child and indecent liberties with child.
Lockhart is cousins with a man that owns Lockhart Entertainment, the later is unrelated to the criminal charges. Lockhart’s mother Cassandra worked at Pizza Hut in Charlotte for many years, she died in 2016 from unknown causes.
Lockhart joined the Army in 2001 and was deployed to South Korea, he also went to different places around the world. He is no longer in the Army.
