On July 22, 2026 a five year old girl drowned to death at a pool on Newbridge Road Charlotte, NC.
The girl was swimming with friends at 5:19 p.m. when she jumped in the neighborhood pool and did not resurface. The girl lost her breath and was in distress.
An adult jumped in and brought the girl out of the water. The girl had breathed in water and was unconscious. The girl was rushed to the hospital where she died on arrival.
Her death is classified as an accident.
