TWO UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS CONVICTED OF SEX CRIMES FOUND RE-ENTERING USA

U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended two previously deported convicted sex offenders on December 15, 2019.

Jose Enrique Casiano-Ayala, a 35-year-old Mexican citizen who entered the country illegally near Douglas, Arizona was apprehended by Border Patrol.

Record checks revealed Casiano-Ayala was charged with sexual conduct with a minor in Wasatch County, Utah, sentenced to 60 days incarceration and ordered to register as a sex offender in the state of Utah.

On the same day, agents arrested Alejandro Diaz-Marcelo, a 45-year-old Mexican citizen illegally present in the country, southeast of Why, Arizona.

Record checks revealed Diaz-Marcelo was convicted of indecent sexual contact in Maricopa County, Arizona, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and three years probation.

Both men were previously deported following their convictions, and now await federal prosecution for reentry immigration violations.
