WOMAN HAD 2 KILOGRAMS OF FENTANYL WHILE HER CHILD WAS IN CAR, COPS SAY

Karen Garcia Euceda, 24, was allegedly inside a car that contained two kilograms of the deadly drug fentanyl, all while her 4-year-old daughter was in the vehicle too.

Karen’s arrest was on May 25, 2021 in Durham, NC. Karen was pulled over during a traffic stop. A search was conducted on the vehicle Karen was driving.

Deputies say Karen was in possession of two kilograms of fentanyl. Her 4-year-old daughter was also in the vehicle. Karen is charged with two counts of trafficking fentanyl and one count of misdemeanor child abuse.

Karen’s daughter was turned over to the custody of a family member.

2 kilograms of fentanyl can kill 1 million people easily. Fentanyl is 100 times more powerful than morphine.
