MAN GETS FENTANYL CONVICTION AFTER UNDERCOVER DRUG DEALS

On February 19, 2024 Ulondice Lattimore, 40, was convicted to several years in prison for trafficking fentanyl in Charlotte, NC.

Ulondice sold fentanyl several times to undercover cops in 2022 on Brewster St. Multiple grams of fentanyl were sold, each deal yielded thousands of dollars. There was one deal where Ulondice made $2,300 just from selling 40 grams of fentanyl.

After several drug deals, cops moved in to arrest Ulondice in 2022.

At his 2024 trial the suspect was facing twelve counts of trafficking in fentanyl, a count of possession with intent to sell or deliver fentanyl, selling or delivering fentanyl, and selling fentanyl.

The jury found Ulondice guilty of six counts of trafficking in fentanyl and was not able to come to a unanimous verdict with regard to the remaining charges. 

Judge George Bell sentenced Ulondice to 90-120 months in prison.
