26-year-old Jerreka Campbell died on October 27, 2021. New findings show that Jerreka died from cocaine and fentanyl toxicity.
On October 27th Jerreka was found dead sitting on a porch. 911 was called, and emergency efforts were administered, but sadly Jereeka was pronounced deceased.
It was later determined by medical professionals that Jereeka died from combined fentanyl and cocaine toxicity. Cocaine and fentanyl were present in Jereeka’s body.
Fentanyl is responsible for the deaths of many people in Charlotte.
