After an investigation into a citizen complaint, arrests were made on July 30th after agents with the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force raided a home on Blackmon Drive in Health Springs, SC.
The home’s residents, Brittany Thompson, 24, Angel Pagan, 25, and Justin Smith, 28, were all taken into custody following the raid.
While executing search warrants on the property, officials say they located suspected Methamphetamine, suspected Marijuana, multiple sets of digital scales, a grinder, and a smoking pipe. Agents also recovered a stolen 1998 Ford truck with a stolen tag, a stolen sawed off 12 gauge shotgun, a 9 mm rifle, a 9 mm pistol, and various ammunition.
Pagan is charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Stolen Goods (shotgun), Possession of Sawed Off Shotgun, and Possession of Firearms and Ammunition by Person Convicted of a Violent Felony.
Smith is charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Stolen Vehicle, Possession of Stolen Goods (vehicle tag), Possession of Stolen Goods (shotgun), Possession of Sawed Off Shotgun, and Unlawful Possession of a Pistol.
Thompson is charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of Stolen Vehicle, Possession of Stolen Goods (vehicle tag), Possession of Stolen Goods (shotgun), Possession of Sawed Off Shotgun, and Unlawful Possession of a Pistol.
