On July 19 Kelvin Dunlap, 29, was killed in Charlotte, NC while we was driving. Kelvin was a father to kids that adored him.
The victim was driving in the Kings Tree neighborhood on Pinyon Pine Lane when he was savagely shot in the chest. The shooting caused the young man to swerve into a house on Pinyon Pine Lane and crash.
Kelvin was pronounced dead on scene. However, no one in the house was hurt.
Five people have been killed in Charlotte this week alone.
A mother was killed in a car wreck.
Two latino men were killed at an apartment complex.
A young man was killed after being ejected from a vehicle during a wreck that caught fire.
