Samuel was killed on the night of August 8, 2019 at the Somerset Apartments on Ventura Way Drive Charlotte, NC.
There was an assault with a deadly weapon dispatch response at the apartments. Upon arrival, officers located Samuel with a gunshot wound inside of an apartment. Samuel was pronounced deceased on scene.
Suspects are still possible as this is still an active investigation.
Samuel is a former student of Rocky River High School in Mint Hill, NC.
