Missing Person Unit detectives are attempting to locate a missing 8-year-old girl. Shakiah Bohanan, 8, went missing on September 2, 2021 in Charlotte, NC.
Shakiah left her residence and was waiting on her bus at Lakemist Drive. She was later reported missing. There is no information on where Shakiah went or who she is with.
The girl was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt, navy blue pants, and blue shoes. Shakiah has blue beads in her hair and is also in possession of a pink and purple bookbag with a lunch box.
(UPDATE) Shakiah has been safely found.
