One person is dead from a fatal crash that occured on November 5, 2021 on North Tryon Street Charlotte NC. The crash happened around 3 a.m.
2 vehicles were involved in the immediate crash. Extensive damage was caused to both vehicles. The crash caused one of the vehicles to run into a power pole, the impact snapped the power pole in half.
Traffic was backed up, and North Tryon Street was closed in the vicinity of the wreck near Craighead Road. The victim died at the hospital.
Also, several vehicles that were parked at a nearby car dealership were damaged from the collision.
