Julius is accused of smashing 2 police squad cars before the attack. Julius allegedly busted out the windows of 2 police cars.
Street cameras then caught Julius in frame walking up to an officer with a metal pipe in hand. Julius hits the cop in the head with the metal pipe. The officer begins instantly bleeding with a 2 inch gash on his head.
The officer fights back and tackles Julius to the ground. The suspect was arrested and charged with felony battery, misdemeanor criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct.
Due to the attack the officer sustained a two inch laceration in the head that required staples and light surgery. The cop also suffered a concussion.
