Vinton was found dead on the floor in the bedroom. EMS was called and he was taken to the hospital for analysis and life saving measures, but he was declared dead.
Vinton has a past medical history significant for cocaine abuse, marijuana use, alcohol use, insulin dependent type 2 diabetes mellitus, and diabetic ketoacidosis.
A peek at Vinton’s medical records show he also had hyperglycemia, congestive heart failure, hypertension, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
An after death analysis of Vinton’s body showed he had deadly amounts of cocaine in his blood stream. Vinton’s official cause of death was cocaine toxicity.
