Recently released video shows Douglas Heath, 38, being shot dead by the Rochester Police Department after he pulled a stolen semi-automatic pistol on officers and opened fire, following a police chase on Aug. 20.
The local attorney general’s office said police used reasonable force when shooting and killing the man.
