37-year-old Erubiel Ojeda-Aladino (Seen here) pretended to be a cop, and in doing so he raped a woman several times and told her she would be deported back to Mexico if she told anyone.
Erubiel went to the victim’s home on the afternoon of Aug. 24, grabbed her by her arms and took her into her bedroom where he had sex with her. At 9 a.m. on Sept. 21, Erubiel returned while she was at home cleaning.
Erubiel entered her home, carried her to the bedroom and forced her to have sex.
The victim, an undocumented immigrant, told police she believed Erubiel was an officer because he carried a badge, gun and had strobe lights on his Cadillac Escalade. Last Wednesday in a Walgreens parking lot Erubiel attempted to again have sex with the woman by pulling her pants down.
But she yelled and Erubiel stopped. The victim was taken to a local hospital by a friend which is where police were notified.
Erubiel confessed to having non-consensual sex with the victim. Erubiel was arrested charged with rape and three counts of impersonating a officer.
There is no word if Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will deport the victim.
