TEEN SCAMS PLS CHECK CASHING STORE

Date:

19-year-old Depreshia Garris puts the F in fraud. She was arrested on Dec 21 for Financial Card Fraud and other financial crimes for trying to scam a check cashing store in Charlotte, NC.

Depreshia went to the PLS Check Cashing location on South Tryon Street and uttered a false document in an attempt to intentionally defraud the business of a large sum of money. PLS didn’t recognize the fraud until it was too late; Dpreshia had already got away with the money.
