The three male service members are all stationed at Fort Gordon in Augusta, GA.
Jonathan Augustus, Michael Billington and Teddy Diake, all 24 years old, are accused of raping an 18-year-old woman on March 3 in the 7000 block of Parker Place, the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office says. The three men were at a house party, and they’re accused of sexually assaulting the woman in a bedroom.
The sheriff’s office and Naval Criminal Investigative Service are investigating the incident.
The woman was treated at University Hospital for multiple undisclosed injuries. Guests at the party identified the three men, the sheriff’s office said. Arrest warrants accuse the men of forcefully having sex with the woman without her consent and against her will.
