36-year-old Victor Moses was shot and killed on May 2 a few hours after midnight in Charlotte, NC. Victor was shot dead in his vehicle. He reportedly crashed after being shot.
The homicide occurred next door to the North Tryon Police Precinct. Another man was shot nearby, but is expected to survive.
No suspects at the moment.
