The stabbing occurred at apartments in Charlotte, NC on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 around 9 at night.
The male victim called for medic claiming that Vanessa stabbed him with a knife at apartments on English Hills Drive. The male victim and Vanessa knew each other. The victim was taken to Atrium Health with serious injuries.
On April 29 Vanessa was arrested and charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill.
In a separate case, a woman was charged with killing her boyfriend in a domestic dispute.
In another unrelated case, a man was accused of stabbing his roommate to death.
