John Calvillo is charged with rape of a child. John’s wife found a video on his phone that showed the suspect sexually assaulting a young boy.
The alleged incident happened in March 2019. John’s wife told police the rape happened in their apartment and that she recognized the bed linens and furnishings.
She was further able to identify the suspect and victim through voices heard in the video. The victim is a relative of the suspect’s wife.
