Richard Grier, 55, is charged in the May 18, 2019 murder of Andrew Allen, 32. Richard is accused of stabbing Andrew multiple times, killing him in a Shell gas station parking lot on East Boulevard Charlotte, NC.
A woman was also stabbed to death in Charlotte last week on her birthday.
Andrew was pronounced deceased a short time later. Homicide Unit detectives identified Richard as a suspect on site. The stabbing occurred around 2 a.m.
On May 5th a Charlotte woman was stabbed to death too.
A man stabbed his roommate to death less than a month ago in Charlotte.
May has been a blood cess pool for Charlotte, as there were 9 murders within 6 days at one time this month.
