Monica was just 26 years old. On the evening of May 25, 2019 Monica was killed on Catherine Simmons Avenue Charlotte, NC.
After receiving 911 calls officials located Monica on the ground with a apparent gunshot wound inside of her apartment. Medic transported Monica to the hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
Monica served in the Army at Fort Bragg and had an 8-year-old son.
No arrests have been made in Monica’s murder.
