A man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl at a day care. Samuel Kelly III was arrested and taken into custody on Thursday morning.
Samuel worked at the Horizons Christian Academy in Chester, SC where the victim girl attended.
Investigators said a mother contacted them after her 5-year-old daughter claimed Samuel had touched her inappropriately during summer school last year. Samuel allegedly improperly touched the child while the child was on his lap with a blanket over her.
Samuel was charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct
