On July 31 within the hour a male victim was located on the North Tryon I-85 connector ramp in a vehicle.
The shooting may have occurred on April Liu Lane Charlotte, NC which is very close to where he was located. It appears that after the victim was shot he drove north on North Tryon to the I-85 Connector.
The victim has been transported by medic to a main hospital where he is being treated for life-threatening gunshot wounds.
