In September 2019 Aresha Edenfield, 35, pled guilty to two counts of indecent liberties with a child. Aresha was sentenced to 12-24 months in prison.
In August 2015, Aresha and a 15-year-old male victim from Mint Hill, NC were staying at a resort on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. Aresha provided the victim with marijuana and alcoholic beverages. After some drinks and a few puffs Aresha had sexual intercourse with the victim on at least two occasions.
The victim’s mother, who lives in Charlotte, NC reported the sexual drug fueled incidents.
Aresha was also sentenced to an additional 16-29 months in prison; that sentence was suspended pending her successful completion of 24 months of supervised probation. Upon her release from prison, Aresha must register as a sex offender for 30 years.
