Ronnie Carr, 48, exposed himself in front of a 6-year-old girl and her mother on the first day of school in Charlotte, NC. Over a year later in September 2019 Ronnie pled guilty to his detestable acts.

On Monday, August 27, 2018, at 7:37 a.m., a mother was walking with her 6-year-old daughter to school when she was approached by Ronnie.
As they got closer to Ronnie, he grabbed the 6-year-old girl by the arm and pulled on her. The victim’s mother grabbed her daughter and Ronnie began to assault her.
Ronnie walked off and returned to the scene exposing himself to the little girl and her mother by pulling his pants down. Responding officers quickly located Ronnie nearby and placed him under arrest. Ronnie was charged with Indecent Exposure, Sexual Battery, Assault on a Child under 12, and Attempted Kidnapping.
At his September 2019 trial Ronnie pled guilty to second-degree kidnapping, assault on a child under 12, and assault on a female. He was sentenced to 26-44 months in prison. He was also sentenced to an additional 150 days in custody; that sentence was suspended pending his successful completion of 24 months of supervised probation.
