In September 2019 Andra Hammonds, 23, pled guilty to second-degree rape. He was sentenced to 58-130 months in prison.
On September 4, 2018 at a cheap motel on Tuckaseegee Road Charlotte, NC a 31-year-old woman stated that three suspects raped her and one of the suspects physically assaulted her. The woman was treated at Atrium Health hospital and then released, she suffered injuries.
Andra was arrested weeks later for the rape. A year later at trial, Andra decided to plead guilty to his sex crime. Upon Andra’s release from prison, he must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
