36-year-old Fernando Sosa was charged with DWI in Charlotte, NC on October 17, 2019.
Official documents say that Fernando was born in Mexico. Fernando has worked in various restaurants in Charlotte.
On the night in question an officer allegedly observed the vehicle that Fernando was driving cross the center line more than four times on Executive Center Drive.
A traffic stop was initiated on the vehicle. Fernando allegedly had a strong odor of alcohol and admitted to consuming one beer. Fernando was allegedly unsteady on his feet and had red glassy eyes. Fernando was allegedly unable to complete standard field sobriety tests.
Fernando allegedly then admitted to consuming more than five beers.
Fernando registered a 0.23 body alcohol content, official documents say. Fernando was arrested and charged with DWI.
