Shandiin Sanchez, 20, was killed at apartments on Riverbirch Drive Charlotte, NC on October 27, 2019 around 5 in the morning.
Shandiin was shot to death in the roadway near an apartment building. She was pronounced deceased on scene.
The murder toll in Charlotte is rising sharply.
