North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper announced on Monday March 23, 2020 that K-12 schools in North Carolina will be closed until May 15, 2020.

The governor also ordered that all hair salons, barber shops, gyms, movie theaters, and similar businesses offering activities that run counter to social distancing to close by 5 p.m. Wednesday March 25, 2020 in North Carolina.
