Gerardo Jimenez and Juvenal Jimenez were both arrested on Immigration violation charges in Gaston County North Carolina on April 4, 2020.
The two men’s arrest come at the height of the deadly Coronavirus, which has caused school closings, business closings, and a bitter drop in the United States and world economy & financial systems.
But even during all of the Coronavirus unrest, immigration arrest are still being done. Gerardo was charged with illegally being in the United States. Juvenal was charged with illegally being in the United States in addition to Felony Hit And Run, DWI, and Possession Of Open Container.
