TEENAGER CHARGED WITH MURDERING ANOTHER TEENAGER

Clifton Stanfill, 18, is charged with the murder of Roman Kichigin, 15.

Roman was shot and killed on May 18, 2020 on Briarhill Drive Charlotte, NC near Milton Road during a shooting in the parking lot of an apartment complex.

As a result of continued investigation, Homicide Unit detectives identified Clifton as a suspect and were able to quickly locate and arrest him. Clifton is charged with murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.
