On June 3, 2020 31-year-old Oscar Steele was shot and killed on Oak Arbor Lane Charlotte, NC.
Nearly an hour past midnight patrol officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon 911 call on Oak Arbor Lane. Upon arrival, officers located Oscar in a parking lot shot. Paramedics responded and pronounced Oscar deceased at the scene.
Homicide Unit detectives responded to the scene to conduct an investigation, and Crime Scene Search responded to process the scene and collect physical evidence. Representatives from the CMPD’s Operations Command, CFD and Medic also assisted.
