Malus Bey, 20, is the second suspect to be charged with the Charlotte, NC murder of Delvin Teah, 21.
19-year-old Donovan James was the first suspect to be charged. Malus was arrested on July 24, 2020.
Delvin was shot and killed on July 12, 2020 on Margie Ann Drive Charlotte, NC. Delvin was operating a vehicle in the parking lot of the Robinsdale Apartments when he was shot and ran into a tree. He died at the scene. Donovan was arrested on July 20, 2020 and was charged with murder and robbery.
As a result of a continued investigation, detectives identified Malus as a second suspect in this case. Malus was arrested and charged with murder, two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, discharging a weapon into occupied property, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
