Diamond and her ex tried speaking with each other in the 7-Eleven parking lot. Diamond is accused of yanking the female victim by the hair as they began to argue.

Other customers saw the stabbing and called police. Paramedics and police arrived to find the ex-girlfriend bleeding immensely on the ground hurting. The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Diamond was arrested charged with assault with deadly weapon intent to kill.
