Walter Livingston, 35, was killed on April 2, 2021 in Charlotte, NC.
A shooting erupted in the evening on Washburn Avenue and Walter was hit. 911 was called due to the assault with a deadly weapon. Officers arrived and located Walter with an apparent gunshot wound. Walter was pronounced deceased on the scene by medic.
No arrests have been made.
