James is accused of stabbing Diane to death on her birthday near a homeless camp on North College St. Charlotte, NC.
As a result of the investigation, James was identified as the suspect in this case and an arrest warrant was obtained for his arrest.
A coordinated effort to locate James took place. Of all places, James was located on North College Street in close proximity to where the homicide took place on Thursday evening.
