Kievon Ratchford, 19, faces carjacking charges after a incident in Charlotte, NC.
Jail is nothing new for Kievon, the man has over 16 arrests.
On February 1, 2019 Kievon was involved in an attempted carjacking after he rear ended another vehicle on Statesville Ave.
A Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Deputy was flagged down concerning the carjacking.
Kievon was eventually apprehended near I-85 and Glenwood Drive. He has injuries from the accident and is being admitted to the hospital.
