Probable Cause was developed on Diyondre and a warrant was obtained for his arrest. Diyondre turned himself in today.
On April 6 Derrick was killed in a robbery style shooting at apartments on Barrington Drive in Charlotte, NC. The suspect is accused of walking through the back door and robbing Derrick and another man before shooting both of them.
Derrick died but the other victim survived.
