On May 19, 2023 a victim was shot to death on Julia Ave. Charlotte, NC.
The victim was killed in the morning before noon. Paramedics arrived at the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
Ray Mahony, 17, was murdered just hours earlier, also in west Charlotte.
