TWIN BABIES HAD SKULL FRACTURES, CIGARETTE BURNS, AND BITE MARKS

A Chester County, South Carolina couple is facing serious child abuse charges after investigators say their 3-month-old twins were found with multiple fractures, cigarette burns, and adult human bite marks.

Kentovian White and Jessica Mills were arrested on February 10, 2021 as part of a child abuse investigation.

The 3-month-old twins were found suffering from multiple injuries including fractures to their skull, multiple fractures throughout their body, cigarette burns, and adult human bite marks.

One of the twins was having seizures and was suffering from a fever. The baby also had multiple broken ribs, a broken leg, bleeding on the brain, and multiple skull fractures.

The other child suffered multiple broken ribs, bleeding on the brain, and showed signs of being violently shaken.

The babies are at Levine Children’s Hospital in critical condition.

During the arrest, deputies say they found methamphetamine on Kentovian.

Kentovian and Jessica are charged with two counts of inflicting great bodily injury upon a child. Kentovian is also charged with possession of meth. Both parents are being held at the Chester County Detention Center.
