The Mariah’s Taco Spot owner was badly injured in a roll over crash, no delicious Taco’s for a while
On November 11, 2025 the female owner of Mariah’s Taco Spot in Charlotte, NC was involved in a critical car accident on Morris Field Dr. Charlotte, NC right in the heart of Taco Tuesday. She owns a food truck taco business that is very popular and the tacos are delicious, she also serves chicken wings.

In the afternoon Mariah was on her way to a restaurant supply store to get products and supplies. A driver ran a stop sign and slammed into Mariah’s vehicle. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram. The collision caused Mariah’s car to flip over several times into a field.

Mariah thought she was going to die during the accident, but eventually her car came to a halt. Mariah was trapped in the car and had to be cut out by the jaws of life tool. She walked away with a few scrapes and bruises with soft tissue injury.
However, with crashes like this, sometimes injuries get worse and compound within days. The business will be limited as Mariah deals with medical bills and insurance. The car accident was extremely traumatizing for Mariah.
The Mariah’s Taco Spot food truck is usually serving on Freedom Drive. Mariah’s Taco Spot started during COVID-19 when Mariah was home with nothing to do. Her son helped her come up with the name. Construction is underway for a physical restaurant building location for Mariah’s Taco Spot.
