Jamie Briggs, 28, is charged with the murder of Roscoe Wright, 57. Roscoe was shot and killed on July 9, 2020 near Independence Blvd. Charlotte, NC.
The shooting was at apartments on Coliseum Drive. Two men were shot in the altercation. Roscoe died on scene. The second victim is being treated at the hospital.
On July 10 Jamie was charged with first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill inflicting serious injury, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
